Infrared radiation penetrates into the human tissues of 4 – 7cm deep, thus producing the excessive sweating. The infrared sauna is the sweat of almost 3 times more intense than in the ordinary sauna, where the heat only penetrates a few millimeters in depth.

PRECAUTIONS
- After 30 min sauna to stay in a warm place for another 10 – 15 minutes before going out in the cooler environment.
- If you are Ill and take any medications, consult with your doctor before you go to an infrared sauna.
- If your condition worsens, stop use of infrared saunas.
- metal plates, artificial joints and other surgical implants generally reflect infrared rays and are not warm. If pain perception do occur, treatment must be stopped.
