Dry Sauna VS Wet Sauna

i moved to this cool place that has both a wet and dry sauna and i don’t know what the difference is besides the heat.
What is the difference between a dry sauna and a wet sauna?
I mean like which is for what use?
What is the difference of using them?

when I had a bronchial problem I was advised to sit in a wet (steam) sauna as this would help open up my lungs and help be breath better.
I don’t know if that helps.

Dry sauna you don’t throw water on the stove. Very lame, as there isn’t much variety in the feeling. It feels like getting into a car that has been sitting in the sun for a few hours.

Wet sauna you throw water on the stove. You can throw more water or less water depending on how hot you want it.

    Go for the wet sauna.
